Online aptitude and strength tests

We capture user-needs and design systems that meet our clients’ requirements. You’ll work on anything from high-level system design to investigating and analysing faults seeing a variety of projects through their entire lifecycle. Strong IT and problem-solving skills are essential.
We capture clients’ requirements then create programme and code software to meet them. You’ll work alongside software line management, using the latest technologies on a variety of projects. An understanding of programming and modelling plus a genuine client focus is essential.
Research & Development
Work within a project team and gain a breadth of technical experience. Together we research and identify new technologies with a wide range of business applications, including innovation management and systems, software engineering, digital signal processing, and vision processing.
We provide outstanding technical assistance to production and, from day one, you’ll be given real responsibility. You’ll work on the decomposition and interpretation of systems requirements, get involved in design and development, take on design reviews and turn your hand to simulation and analysis.
Join a team that’s responsible for the creation, review and bill of materials of high-quality and robust designs. Working alongside the hardware management function, you’ll help build our strategy and ensure that currently deployed hardware products are maintained and functioning. Knowledge of mechanical or digital and/or firmware design is essential.
Test And Integration
We test software modules to verify functionality and validate product requirements by preparing and executing test scripts, recording and managing defects. You’ll work within systems and procedures to ensure the integrity and robustness of all our deliverables and must have a good general understanding of programming e.g. C, C++, C# or Java.
Our engineers work on solutions for state-of-the-art microwave components, sub-systems and equipment. They build prototype hardware, carry out testing and prove designs. Join them and you’ll work on new designs too so you must have experience of using mathematical analysis and modelling packages.
Working with the microwave engineering team, you’ll get t experience a variety of tasks. Think working on microwave solutions for state-of-the-art antennas and antenna sub-systems and equipment as well as to building prototype hardware. You must be familiar with the engineering development process and have an interest in antenna design.
We specialise in developing hardware solutions for Sonar Products. Together, we’ll design, develop and support acoustic transducer products within the MMS Acoustics Group. Your work embraces all aspects of the product engineering lifecycle.
Our engineers develop efficient manufacturing systems to produce high-quality products from initial bid through various design phases and into manufacture. Join us to work with the Manufacturing Manager and IPT Managers to develop schedules of work for specific tasks.
The Quality Team is responsible for the assessment, implementation and monitoring of all aspects of quality assurance and business improvement activities. You’ll provide support in all aspects of design, manufacturing, purchasing, support and services, project management and work package management.
Our teams primarily work in operations with a strong focus on design assurance and product compliance, including product delivery, reliability, maintainability and availability. You’ll work to implement, monitor and develop all aspects of quality assurance and establish formal liaisons with our manufacturing engineering and purchasing teams.
Our Through Life Supportability Engineering Team have the skills, tools, processes and influence needed to design and develop flawless services solutions. You’ll work with clients as well as internal experts from design engineering, project management, subcontract management, and many other disciplines.
We provide electro optic and algorithm development for electro-optics systems. You’ll conduct performance modelling of these systems using both in-house and industry standard programmes, including TRM3 and NVTherm. All as part of our multi-talented, multi-disciplinary teams.
Our Algorithms Engineers conduct engineering investigations and analyses to assess the feasibility of concepts. You’ll support software and firmware implementation of algorithm concepts and assess the performance of systems, sub-systems, algorithms and processes. Knowledge of sensor systems, ideally radar and imaging infrared, is essential.

You might work in Programme Management, Commercial, Purchasing/Procurement, Sales & Marketing or Head Office functions. Rotations could be in number of sites across the UK offering the opportunity to work with lots of specialists.
